  • 30 years' experience working in the Architecture and Construction profession as a Project Architect and Project manager for multi-million dollar Commercial/Retail space, and multifamily Apartments
  • 20 years' experience in Construction Administration (Commercial/Retail, multifamily Apartments and residential)
  • Project Managed and/or Designed over 1,105,000sf of Commercial/Retail spaces
  • 8 individual multifamily Apartment complexes with more than 750+ units
  • 5 individual Shopping Centers with more than 23 separate buildings
  • Licensed and Registered Architect: New Mexico and Arizona
